Tuzla will soon become richer for another shopping center, which will make this city more competitive in terms of trade. The facility is being built on the former site of the failed Resod-Guming company.

Namely, the Belamionix company in Husinskih rudara Street in Tuzla is nearing the end of its investment, which is reflected in the construction of their largest shopping center to date.

As stated by this company, the final phase of the construction of a modern shopping center is underway. The building is accompanied by a modern architectural expression, and in addition to the existing hypermarket, it will offer several different business spaces.

The building covers a total area of 17,000 square meters, with floors consisting of a basement, ground floor and one floor.

The basement floor is used as a parking garage, the ground floor is planned for a hypermarket with accompanying facilities, while the upper floor is mainly occupied by business premises for rent, restaurants, coffee bars and the like.

The shopping center is being built on the land where the production plant of Resod-Guming was once located. The land and the devastated building were sold in 2019 for 1.3 million KM.
